The Maghreb has one of the youngest, most connected populations on the planet and a deep bench of engineering talent. We exist to help that talent go from a first line of Rust to a funded product, with a network, a language they speak, and a reason to build at home.

What is Superteam Couscous?

Which countries does it cover?
Algeria 🇩🇿, Tunisia 🇹🇳 and Morocco 🇲🇦. Three countries, one community. If you build from anywhere in the Maghreb, this is home.
Do I need to be a developer to join?
No. We need designers, writers, community leads and operators as much as engineers. If you want to build in Web3, there is a way in for you.
How do I actually earn?
Through bounties and grants posted by projects in the ecosystem. You pick up real tasks, ship them, and get paid in crypto. No permission or seniority required.
Is this an official Superteam chapter?
Not yet. Superteam Couscous is a community initiative, building toward becoming a recognised Superteam chapter for the Maghreb. This page is where that starts.
